Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return
- Any unopened merchandise (no restocking fee).
- Any opened merchandise with a restocking fee of 15%.
How to Return Merchandise
To return merchandise for any reason, simply call us at 1-603-625-1455 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. An eTelephonesystems customer service representative will issue a return approval and assist you with return shipping. Please keep the original packaging and accessories to return with the item.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
All merchandise new and refurbished purchased from Teleteam, Inc. is covered by a Limited One-Year Warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage due to:
- Failure to have equipment installed by an Avaya Authorized installer
- Unauthorized system modification, movement, or alteration
- Unauthorized use of common carrier communication services accessed through the system
- Abuse, misuse, or negligent acts or omissions of the customer and persons under the customer's control; or Act of third parties and acts of God
- Power surges
Teleteam, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, the system components that are not in good working order. Repair or replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will be provided on an exchange basis. If warranty service is required, Teleteam, Inc. will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship the products back to Teleteam, Inc. in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Teleteam, Inc. will ship the repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid to the address documented on the original invoice .
Teleteam, Inc. owns all parts removed from repaired products. If Teleteam, Inc. repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended.
Teleteam, Inc. warranties and represents that, at the time each item of equipment is delivered, Teleteam, Inc. will be the lawful owner of such equipment, free and clear of and liens and encumbrances (other than those which may arise from this agreement) and will have full rights, power, and authority to sell the equipment to the Buyer. Furthermore, Teleteam, Inc. hereby assigns to Buyer any manufacturers warranty relating to the Equipment, which is assignable.
Buyer shall notify Teleteam, Inc. Inc. of any dissatisfaction with the equipment within fifteen days after the Equipment is delivered. Failure of Buyer to notify Teleteam, Inc. of any dissatisfaction within the fifteen day period shall constitute acceptance of the Equipment by Buyer. If Teleteam, Inc. is notified of dissatisfaction with the Equipment, Teleteam, Inc. may, at Teleteam, Inc. sole option, accept the return of the Equipment and cancel this order, or repair or replace the defective Equipment at Teleteam, Inc. option and expense.

We want to assure you that we respect your privacy. eTelephonesystems.com does not sell, rent or loan any personal information with any third parties. Any information collected is used strictly to process your order and to contact you if needed. eTelephonesystems.com will from time to time email you with news of new benefits, products or sales. If you do not wish to be included in these mailings, you will have the opportunity to remove yourself from future emails.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
30 Day Advance Replacement
During the first 30 days from the date of invoice, Teleteam, Inc. will advance replace a defective product by 1) shipping a replacement product to the address documented on the original invoice 2) including a prepaid air bill for return shipment of the defective product. Customer must have a valid credit card account on file to be eligible for advance replacement. If the defective product is not returned within ten business days from receipt of the advance replacement product, Teleteam, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card account on file in full for the advance replacement product including all shipping charges.
